Who may ascend the hill of the Lord
and who may stand in his holy place?
Only the one whose hands are clean,
whose heart is made clean by the Saviour’s grace.
Lord, grant me clean hands and a pure heart,
clean hands that can work for you.
I long for clean hands and a pure heart,
a heart that’s devoted to giving the best for you.
