I lift my eyes to the hills,

where does my help come from?
Where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord.

maker of heaven, maker of earth.

I will look up to the hills above me,    
to the One I know will always love me;     
he is my strength and he is my shield           
and he’ll never let me fall.
Day and night he has me in his keeping,    
never slumbering and never sleeping;     
he is my strength and he is my shield           
and he is my all in all.

For his promise is sure,

he will watch over me for evermore.
